Admission for NURSERY

Age eligibility: for admission to Nursery class the child should be 3+ years of age as on 1st April of the academic session in which seeking admission.

 

  • • Admission notice will be published in the local English/ Hindi Newspapers.
  • • Application forms will be available in the school office.
  • • Application forms filled should be submitted as per dates given therein.
  • • On the given dates students and their parents will meet the members of admission
    • committee for interaction.

ADMISSION FOR LKG TO CLASS VII

Admission in these classes will be given subject to availability of seats. In case a vacancy exists, child will be admitted on merit by giving an entrance test. The idea is to test ability of the child for the academic level for which admission is sought.

DOCUMENTS TO BE SUBMITTED

Nursery - Class I: Photocopy of birth certificate (Attested by Gazetted officer, duly signed by Registrar of Birth & Death)

Class II to Vii :

  • 1. Photcopy of birth certificate.
  • 2. Original transfer certificate of previous school (Counter - signed by DEO)
  • 3. Photocopy of mark-sheet of previous class.
  • 4. Three (3) colour passport size latest photographs. one-one photo of mother & father.

Note: 1. All original copies will be thoroughly checked before submission of photocopies.

2. compulsory for Nur- Class VII - SSSM ID, Caste certificate, Child's Bank Account, Adhar Card, Ration card.

Class I : 6 Years
Class II : 7Years
Class III : 8 Years
Class IV : 9 Years
Class V : 10 Years
Class VI : 11 years
Class VII : 12 Years
Class VIII : 13 Years

WITHDRAWAL

Notice of withdrawal of a student should be given in writing, one month in advance of the next quarter or else fee for the following quarter will be charged. This request has to be given by the parent/ guardian and not by the student himself/herself. For refund of caution money (Security deposit) an application on prescribed format is to be submitted by the parent/ guardian to the school within 3 months failing which caution money will be credited to "Student Welfare Fund" and no correspondence will be entertained thereafter
